- If I were to buy one machine to clean my own seed, what should it be?
- It should be a machine that fits the needs of your farm; capacity, ability to clean all of your different seed and grains, size of the machine.
- I need a machine that would have to work for wheat, peas, lentils, barley, oats, can your machine do that? What types of seeds and grains can this machine effectively clean?
- Yes! In order to clean different seeds or grains all you need to do is change out the screens. We provide screens for nearly all commodities.
- What capacity or throughput can the machines handle in bushels per hour for efficient cleaning?
- Our machines average 150 bushels per hour on our smaller model. Our larger model averages 300 bushels per hour.
- What are the power requirements for operating the machine?
- Either machine, the 150HD or the 300HD can be wired for 110v, no special power requirements needed.
- Is there a warranty or after-sales support available for the machine?
- We offer a one-year warranty on craftsmanship. If you have any questions after your purchase, just give us a call or send us an email, we are happy to assist.
- Is the machine designed for cleaning seed for planting versus grain for storage/sale?
- Yes, if you are cleaning seed for planting, run it with all 3 screens. If you are cleaning for storage and are looking for a quick clean, remove the middle screen, this will also increase your bushels per hour.
